Kim Warren, BS, MS
Chief Executive Officer
Kim Warren is the CEO at Wellness Resource Center. Prior to joining us, she held several leadership roles, including Manager of Client Care, UM Manager, and Director of Admissions and Utilization Management at Twelve Oaks Recovery Center. Originally from New York, Kim has extensive clinical experience working in residential settings with adolescents and young adults with Mental Health and Intellectual Disabilities.
Before moving to Florida, Kim led a family-finding initiative for children and adults with no known family, reflecting her passion for helping vulnerable populations. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI).
Kim discovered her love for leadership while serving in a Director role at her previous agency and finds great fulfillment in mentoring staff as much as working directly with clients. She credits her time at Twelve Oaks with shaping her leadership style and strengthening her skills as a leader, colleague, and friend.
Outside of work, Kim enjoys spending time with her animals, family, and friends, relaxing at the beach, and diving into a good thriller novel.
