At Wellness Resource Center, we welcome referrals from clinical professionals, interventionists, detox programs, other treatment centers, and similar sources, and we are proud of the close working relationships we have developed with the professionals who have referred clients to our program. Our objective is to be a responsive resource that can help referring professionals determine the optimal placement option for their clients.
Professionals are encouraged to contact us whenever we may be of service to them and their clients. Intake advisors are available to answer referent calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
We believe that effective communication between our staff and a client’s referring professional can be an essential component of a positive treatment experience. Once a professionally referred client has given us a signed release to communicate with his or her referent, we will contact the professional to confirm that the client has enrolled in our program and to arrange for treatment updates to be provided to the referent.
