If you’re struggling with an addiction or a mental health concern, it’s crucial to find care that meets your scheduling needs. At Wellness Resource Center, our evening intensive outpatient program (IOP) offers adults a flexible, convenient treatment option.
About Our Evening IOP
Everyone is at a different place in their healing process, so identifying the right level of care for their needs is critical to each person’s success.
An intensive outpatient program (IOP) is typically a great option for someone who has just completed a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and needs to continue their progress at a lower level of care. Some people may also start their healing journey at the IOP level, especially if they don’t need the intense structure of a PHP.
At Wellness Resource Center, we recognize that not everyone can participate in programming during the day, so we offer an evening intensive outpatient program to ensure that our clients can get the care they need when they need it.
Our evening IOP meets from 6-9 p.m. Monday-Friday at our facility in Boca Raton, Florida. This program serves adults age 18 and older who are struggling with addictions, along with adults who have a mental health disorder and a co-occurring addiction.
Clients who don’t stay in on-campus housing while participating in our IOP either stay in a sober living house or commute from home. Although each person’s needs vary, most people take part in our IOP for four to six weeks.
Care Experience
The highly experienced staff at Wellness Resource Center recognizes that our clients all have different backgrounds and life experiences that can influence how they respond to therapy. To best prepare each of our clients for success, we personalize their care based on their unique strengths and challenges.
When you participate in the evening IOP at our facility in Boca Raton, Florida, you will undergo a comprehensive assessment, which allows us to gather the information we need to custom-build your treatment plan.
This plan will include an array of evidence-based therapies and services that are hand-picked by our expert team. Group therapy is the primary method of care used in our evening IOP, with sessions addressing topics such as life skills, relapse prevention, anger management, and healthy communication. You may also take part in individual and family therapy if your care team recommends these services as part of your treatment.
We use different types of therapy depending on each person’s individual needs, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, solution-focused therapy (SFT), and trauma resolution therapy.
Your care team will work closely with you throughout your time in our evening IOP, making any necessary adjustments to your care plan to ensure that you continue to make progress toward your goals.
